About Our Trees
Where do your trees come from?
Our trees are grown on family farms in the Pacific Northwest, the mountains of North Carolina, and Sherbrooke, Quebec. Each tree is hand-selected, freshly cut, and routed to your area in a timely manner so it is fresh for delivery.
How fresh are the trees when delivered?
Trees are typically cut within a few days of shipping. We keep them cool and hydrated from the second they are cut so you get that classic Christmas fragrance for weeks.
What tree types and sizes do you offer?
Popular varieties include Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, and Noble Fir, generally in 5–9 ft sizes. Availability may vary by region—please check the item description before ordering.
What size should I choose?
Measure ceiling height and allow ~12" for your stand and topper. Example: for 8' ceilings, a 6.5–7' tree is ideal.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to select ZIP codes (viewable on our homepage or at checkout). If your address isn’t eligible, join our waitlist and we’ll notify you as we expand!
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Not at this time. We focus on local delivery to keep trees fresh and in perfect condition.
What’s the difference between Standard and White-Glove Delivery?
Standard Delivery (Free): We place your tree at your doorstep or another safe, accessible location.
White-Glove Delivery (Upgrade): We bring the tree inside, set it in your stand, straighten/secure it, and remove packaging.

Can I schedule my delivery date?
Yes—select your preferred date or window at checkout. Times can vary due to weather/traffic, but we’ll communicate updates via email/SMS.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Standard: No—we’ll leave it safely and send a photo confirmation if you would like us to.
White-Glove: Yes—an adult (18+) must be present to let us in and approve placement.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Contact us ASAP so we can adjust our routes.
Tree Care & Maintenance
How often should I water my tree?
Check daily. For the first few days, a fresh tree can drink a quart or more per inch of trunk diameter. PRO TIP: Start with luke warm water the first day or so, then room temperature. Never let water drop below the trunk base.
How long will my tree last?
With regular watering and away from heat sources, most trees stay fresh 4–6 weeks.
How should I dispose of my tree after the holidays?
Most cities offer curbside pickup or recycling. Check local guidelines. In some areas, we may offer post-season pickup—watch for announcements.
Payments, Refunds & Replacements
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via secure checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your delivery date for a full refund.
What if my tree is damaged or the wrong size?
If there’s damage on arrival or an incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Can I return my tree after delivery?
Because trees are fresh and perishable, all sales are final once delivered, unless an issue occurred during delivery/setup. If there’s another concern, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Do refunds include delivery or setup fees?
Yes—if a refund or replacement is approved, it covers the tree and any associated delivery/setup fees.
Are accessories (stands, wreaths, garlands) returnable?
Accessories are final sale once delivered.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Do you remove packaging or trim the base?
With White-Glove service, yes—we remove packaging and can make a fresh cut to fit your stand. Standard Delivery is drop-off only.
