RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want every customer to have the best possible Christmas experience. Because our products are fresh and perishable, most sales are final once delivery has been completed. However, we stand behind the quality of our trees and the service we provide.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received after that window may not be eligible for a refund, as your tree will already be prepared or in transit.
After Delivery:
All sales are final once delivery has been completed. If a tree arrives damaged, or if the wrong size or product was delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost. If another issue arises that prevents you from enjoying your tree, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to make it right.
White-Glove and Standard Delivery:
Refunds apply equally to both delivery types. If a refund or replacement is approved, it will include the cost of any associated delivery or setup fees.
Accessories and Additional Items:
All accessory items such as stands, wreaths, and garlands are considered final sale once delivered.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
